I never planned on trying out a “life coach” but I trust and admire Paige so much that I decided to give it a try. Two things happened right away: I started changing small things in my daily routine, starting with the things I repeated in my head. Then, I started feeling different. The last few weeks have been the most content of my life because I have been loving each day deliberately. Paige is a treasure trove of knowledge and resources and she asks the best questions, she listens, and she has changed my life.

Paige is an incredibly intuitive, empathic, gentle, generous woman, who guided me through a hypnosis style meditation and an exploratory conversation about my past and some of the ideas I adopted in childhood that are still holding me back.
It was a very relaxing experience, I felt safe in Paige’s hands, and it was also a very moving, emotional experience, where I also felt I could trust Paige & was free to cry if I needed.
The session was about release, discovery and exploration, and I came away with a more helpful, supportive perspective than I had when I came in. It was my first experience with guided hypnosis, so I didn’t know what to expect, but Paige’s experience and expertise led the way through a very valuable, very interesting session.
I highly recommend Paige to help you work through any blocks, anger, frustrations or fears that you can’t seem to push through or figure out on your own.
